Every hour of audio Limly sends to cloud transcription, including dictation. On Macs with Apple silicon, on-device transcription is unlimited and doesn’t count toward your hours.
Your recordings are kept. On Macs with Apple silicon Limly can keep transcribing on your device; otherwise the recording waits until your hours reset next month, or until you upgrade.

Billing
Yes. Cancel from your account page; Pro or Max stays active until the end of the billing period you paid for.
Team is $8 per seat each month, from 6 seats, with Pro for every member. Team billing isn’t self-serve yet: email us and we’ll set it up.
Privacy
No. Limly captures your microphone and your computer’s audio on your Mac. Nothing is added to the participant list, in any meeting app.
No. Limly doesn’t use your notes, transcripts, audio or calendar to train models, and doesn’t sell them. If you bring your own AI key, that provider’s terms apply to the requests you send it.
Notes live on your device. Cloud Sync, on Pro and above, is end-to-end encrypted: content is encrypted on your device before it’s uploaded, with a key Limly never sees.
